LAUREX · Villas & residences
Homes you will not find on any listing. Luxury Villas with Hotel Service for Members
Laurex books luxury villas with hotel service for its members in Madrid, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca and across the Mediterranean. Daily housekeeping, concierge and, if wanted, a chef and transfers.
How it works
The house that fits the trip.
The member sets destination, dates and number of guests. The club proposes the villas that fit, confirms availability and terms and leaves the stay arranged, together with the flight, car or boat if needed.
The club's collection is shown inside the app. A selection of villas for rent, with photos and video, is also published by our partners at Horlux & Emuna.
Where
From the Madrid countryside to the Mediterranean.
The club works with estates around Madrid, Marbella's Golden Mile, the countryside and coast of Ibiza, Mallorca's Tramuntana and the French Riviera, among other destinations.
What members usually ask for
Three typical situations.
A house in La Moraleja for three months while deciding where to live in Madrid, with staff and schools already looked at. A villa in Ibiza for twelve in August, with a chef, a boat for two days and the nights arranged. An estate with gardens in Marbella for a family celebration, with the guests' golf taken care of.
The homes in the collection are not on any portal: they come through Horlux & Emuna, the real estate firm associated with the club, and from owners who only let to people they know. For those searching by destination, Horlux & Emuna publishes a selection of luxury villa rentals by destination.
The club houses its members in Madrid, Marbella and Ibiza, Mallorca and the rest of the Mediterranean, and considers any other destination.
Frequently asked questions
How do I book a villa with Laurex?
Through the club's app: destination, dates and guests. The club proposes the villas, confirms availability and terms and arranges the rest of the trip if needed.
What does the stay include?
Villas are rented with daily housekeeping and concierge; many can add a chef, transfers and other services.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes. Laurex is an invitation-only private club. Invitations are requested on the website and every request is reviewed personally.
Do you publish rates?
No. Each house has its own terms depending on dates, length of stay and service, so the proposal arrives closed and in writing, with what is included spelled out, before anything is confirmed.
Membership is not bought. It is requested.
